Pea and ham hock terrine tomato chutney spiced onions and toasted focaccia
Cantaloupe melon and spiced seasonal fruits topped with raspberry sorbet
FROM THE BUFFET
Slow braised tender beef in a rich red wine and mushroom sauce
Honey glazed gammon with a pineapple pan jus
Chicken supreme filled with haggis wrapped in Parma ham, whisky mustard cream
Pan seared salmon fillet with a caper tomato salsa, wilted greens
Baked vegetable wellington on a bed of spiced couscous and sticky honey gravy
