The party was great, thank you! I’ve had lots of comments from people that they liked the venue and the food, and the location worked for many. It was the first time in a few years we’d opted for a city centre location, and I think many liked it for the transport links, as well as for those that wanted to go out after or do some Christmas shopping.
The venue was great. The staff were understanding of our needs with regards to the tokens and the bar tab. Meals generally came in a timely manner, one table at a time. And the pigs in blankets went down a treat, who knew bowls of pigs in blankets with cocktail sticks could be such a winner!! The display of the table plan also was really helpful to show people where they were sitting.
In the planning stage, going to see the venue and meet Georgina was a real help, as I then knew exactly how things would work on the day. The online booking facility saved me a lot of work in collating the dietary needs and menu choices as well as documenting the table plan.Salford Foundation
