STARTERS

Plum tomato and pepper soup with crème fraîche and herb oil (V)

Cured Scottish salmon flavoured with beetroot, capers and a lemon and dill dressing

Duck and fig terrine with red onion marmalade, winter endives and sourdough croute

Smoked Applewood, shallot and blush tomato tartlet with rocket and radish salad and balsamic dressing

MAINS

Roast breast of Norfolk turkey served with pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing and pan gravy

Roast sirloin of dry aged beef served with Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy

Fresh loin of cod served on a bed of herb mash, wilted spinach and lobster bisque

Cauliflower En Croute, cauliflower florets cooked in a tasty spiced lentil dhal, wrapped in a rich flaky puff pastry (VE)

All served with sea salt and thyme roasties, roasted root vegetables and Brussel sprouts

DESSERTS

Brandy soaked Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce (V)

Clementine tart with orange sorbet and Cointreau coulis

Triple chocolate torte with cherry compote and pistachio Anglaise
